“Where do you get your protein?!?!” Salad:

protein

ingredients:

Can of Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed)
Can of Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
Can of Sweet Corn (drained and rinsed)
3 cups shelled Edamame
2 cups of diced tomato
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tbsp of chopped cilanto
S/P to taste

Serve over quinoa to really make them shut up all their protein talk! haha

1. Mix everything to together.
2. Serve in a fancy glass so that people are more impressed by this simple recipe. 🙂
